Formerly known as the ‘Secret Drink Mix’, this electrolyte-rich hydration mix was created by Skratch Labs founder Dr Allen Lim. He stripped down what was thought at the time to be an ideal sports drink, then focused on building his own using only the essentials. The electrolyte profile of this fruit punch mix matches what is actually lost in sweat: 800mg sodium, 80mg potassium, 100mg calcium and 80mg of magnesium per litre.
